Top tips to have the best night!

We are a strictly over 18's event only.

Any member of the public deemed intoxicated or acting unruly WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY with NO REFUND.

Due to the nature of the Castle building there will be dark corridors, flashing lights, tight spaces and steep steps. The experience is only recommended for people with good agility. People with restricted mobility, heart conditions, pregnant, claustrophobic or Suffer from epilepsy or seizures are NOT ADVISED TO ATTEND this experience. 

The event organisers Lismore AFC and Lismore Mens Shed do not accept any responsibility for any slips, trips or injuries that may happen during the entirety of the CarnEvil Experience. 

Get your tickets in advance. To guarantee entry, tickets must be purchased ONLINE. All entry tickets are timed tickets, to keep queue times to a minimum. Your time slot is your estimated entry time to the CarnEvil attraction.

While inside the castle WE DO NOT ALLOW filming or photography of any kind. 
There are no outside food, drinks, bottles, smoking, vapes, e-cigs, halloween masks, fake weapons or flashlights allowed inside the event. 

There is absolutely NO Alcohol, NO smoking, NO lighters, and NO vaping allowed in the event. We don’t allow intoxicated individuals into our event. No refunds will be given.

For the safety of everyone at CarnEvil we have a health and safety team onsite for any incidents. Mistreating any CarnEvil performer will result in being ejected from the event without refund. There is absolutely NO touching of the performers. Our Performers WILL NOT TOUCH YOU and YOU WILL NOT TOUCH OUR Performers

There are no refunds for being scared. 

Local Link Waterford provides a bus service through Lismore via Dungarvan and Tallow please see the Local Link Waterford website for bus service times  at https://www.locallinkwaterford.ie/bus-timetables/ 

For customers driving there is a free car park opposite the event and there is plenty of free on street parking.
 
WHAT TO EXPECT on the night of your visit

Please arrive to CarnEvil at Lismore Castle 15 minutes before your allocated time slot. Upon entry to Lismore Castle will be the ticket office. We will have your details and time on file  
CarnEvil at Lismore Castle is a continuous theatrical event, starting as soon as you arrive. While you wait to enter the castle you can expect to be entertained by our roaming characters, Ringmaster and CarnEvil games. Feel free to take pictures and videos with them, they love the spotlight.

Guests will enter the castle in groups of up to 20 at a time. and will be guided through the CarnEvil Experience by our ushers as to keep other groups to catch up to you, which is never fun for your group, the group behind you or the actors trying their best to scare you all.  Stay with your smaller group and compare with your friends after to see who got the best scares!

Final note, We sell out. To ensure your entry, purchase tickets online in advance. 

WARNING:

All guests must wait in the allocated area until there entry time.  Every effort is made to get everyone into the castle in a timely manner. However, if you come during peak hours, your wait may be extended and we are unable to specify by how much. Please plan your time with us accordingly.
